Barrenland Caribou

This is a precise sampling of the landscape scenes I have seen in the Northwest Territories on lakes north of

Yellowknife.  On one occasion I stood on a lake surrounded by Barrenland Caribou on all points of the compass.

This is a unique sight to see in the true wilderness, something our world is losing rapidly.  This painting captures my

fondest memory’s with precise accuracy.
