Evening Grosbeaks

Not long ago I sat in a friend's home and watched the Evening Grosbeaks enjoy their meal of sunflower seeds

in the bird feeder just outside the living room window.   The male is an extremely colorful bird and they are

fairly tame.  These subjects I felt captured the demeanor and flair of the bird.
