Northern Loon

The Northern Loon and its unique call are a distinction of Canada's North country. After an afternoon of fishing and as the

cool serene peace of the evening began to settle upon the lake, a scene like this one become a welcome encore at days

end. This was just such a scene one August evening not too far north of our home and the inspiration for this work
